The Compliance Officer supports the CEO and plays an important role in ensuring that the company operates in full compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies and standards. This role is responsible for assisting with ensuring all relevant corporate governance principals are implemented across the organisation and reporting back to the Board of Directors. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for the updating and safekeeping of Contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), policies, maintaining comprehensive records, overseeing insurance matters, as well as monitoring of action plans and adherence to timelines on behalf of the CEO.

The Procurement Manager is responsible for assisting Reserve and Hospitality Management with developing the strategic direction and annual plans for Procurement operations. The Procurement Manger works closely with the Heads of Department to ensure the implementation of plans and successful execution of the Procurement function. This includes the supporting budgets, supplier agreements, supply logistics, manning needs and OPEX requirements.
