The purpose of this role is to support the effective delivery of core HR functions, including Learning and
Development, Payroll administration, Employee Wellness, and handling Workplace Skills plan other reporting
requirements. The incumbent will play a key role in coordinating training initiatives, supporting wellness
activities, and ensure a smooth processing payroll of inputs. In addition, the role will provide day-to-day
administrative support to the HR Business Partner, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all HR
operations.
The Finance Administrator is required to follow and maintain systems and processes which allow for accurate
reconciliation of all relevant financial information. The position will focus on reviewing the existing systems for
acquisitions of assets and implementing effective internal controls and processes to ensure accurate reporting
as well maintaining Fixed Asset Registers.
