Talent Business Partner

This role involves overseeing Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives to foster employee growth and skill enhancement, managing Succession Planning to ensure leadership continuity, and handling Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and other reporting requirements. Additionally, the Talent Business Partner will drive the Performance Management processes to enhance employee productivity and engagement. This position requires a dedicated professional committed to optimizing talent strategies and contributing to the organisation's long-term success.

Assistant Lodge Manager

The Assistant Lodge Manager assists the Lodge Manager to oversee, coordinate and direct the service, operations, logistics and activities of the Lodge, befitting Sanbona Wildlife Reserve. The position takes responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of the Lodge as their primary operational responsibility

Compliance Officer

The Compliance Officer supports the CEO and plays an important role in ensuring that the company operates in full compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies and standards. This role is responsible for assisting with ensuring all relevant corporate governance principals are implemented across the organisation and reporting back to the Board of Directors.
